1. Everyone knows that BOKO Haram is a political rejection of the corrupt Northern ruling elite along with GEJ and the PDP behemoth, but what this means is that GEJ’s claim to a land/air/water slide victory in the North in the last election is a huge fraud. Apart from GEJ how many Northern political elites of PDP leaning is truly safe from BH’s targeted attacks in the North? The Emir of Kano is a good example.
2. Of all the BH members indicted/captured so far, how many of them are from other parties? For instance, senator Ndume is from PDP. How many of them, for instance, are linked to GMB? Is it GMB that is preventing GEJ from naming and shaming of these people? Or is it GMB that is going to arrest and prosecute them on behalf of the clueless government of GEJ?
3. Severally, GEJ has complained of having the BH members in his government and even admitted to knowing some of these people, but, again, continues to refrain from prosecuting them. Therefore, GEJ is to be blamed for his apparent inconsistency, indecisiveness, cluelessness, double speak and outright policy flip-flops on Boko Haram. One moment GEJ says “Boko Haram members are ghosts”. Next moment, they are in his administration. At another moment, they are not good enough for amnesty. Next moment, he wants GMB to help facilitate the amnesty process. Also recall that GEJ knows both the BH and MEND too well to distinguish when a particular (Independence Day) bomb blast is not by Henry Okah’s, MEND but by whom he (GEJ) would never be man enough to say. So you ask: What manner of a man is GEJ?
4. Was the late National Security Adviser (General Azazi, an Ijaw man) to GEJ not relieved of his duties for daring to speak the truth on the genesis of Boko Haram, which he clearly identified as a PDP creation? Was he being instigated by GMB at the time?
5. Was it GMB that truncated the PDP zoning arrangement, which sparked off the series of controversies/crises that led to the heating up of the polity prior to the 2011 elections, thus setting the stage for the post election violence? Was GMB one of the PDP cult members sworn to the oath for the preservation of the zoning formula, which GEJ even as a signatory would later be guilty of truncating?
6. Everyone knows that it was the PDP governments of Bayelsa State (Alams/Jonathan), Delta State (Ibori/Eluem) & Rivers State (Odili/Deputy) that created the Niger Delta MEND and ensuing crisis, as a bargaining chip for power at the center. GEJ, along with a select number of his cronies and hangers-on, is the living beneficiary of that power gamble at the expense of all the wasted lives and resources in the Niger Delta.
7. Everyone also knows that, between MEND and BH there is not much difference in terms of structure, motive, genesis, make-up and funding, in keeping with PDP’s quest for 60 year domination of Nigeria. So who else has the wherewithal for successful funding and running of BH than the PDP, even if it seems like a house divided unto itself? Everyone knows that within the PDP is contained its biggest, most vicious opposition as a party and not otherwise. Which other party is awash with so much loose and idle petro-dollars, daily stolen from the coffers for unending mischief?
8. Everyone knows that the PDP is one party with proven dubious distinction of always ascending to power with use of renegades operating as ethnic militias groups. For instance, OBJ’s emergence was made possible by the renegade activities of OPC. UMYA’s emergence was made possible by the renegade activities of OBJ acting as a one man militia. GEJ’s emergence was made possible by the renegade activities of MEND. And apparently, the emergence of the next PDP president of Northern extraction is presently being made possible by the renegade activities of Boko haram. This is all too logical- all too predictable. This is equally typical PDP’s modus operandi.
9. Everyone knows that the amnesty granted the Niger Delta militants remains a mighty fraud, as the scheme is on record to have been hijacked by no other people than the PDP crooks as drivers. In the event of an amnesty to BH, the implementation is going to be no different.
10. It had only taken one of the masterminds of MEND/Niger Delta crisis, GEJ, reaching out to the boys in the creeks to solve the Niger Delta crisis. All that is required in the case of BH, is for the PDP to summon the courage and swallow their pride and do likewise with the BH dissidents. Enough of fleecing of the people of this country all in the name of security!
11. Everyone knows that amnesty will eventually be given to the BH dissidents by GEJ, but why wait till it’s close to another election year so GEJ can curry yet another political favor with it? Why wait till so many lives have been lost? What manner of a dull witted, selfish and wicked leader is GEJ?
12. And by the way, what is the worth of any amnesty whether given to the Niger Delta MEND or Boko Haram, when all it boils down to is the perpetuation of the criminality of the PDP’s foot soldiers, in line with the party’s well known culture of impunity. In other words, who does not know that amnesty is PDP’s knee-jack, if not fraudulent, response to the so many injustices everywhere in Nigeria, injustices (treasury looting, kidnapping, bunkering, rigging, extra-judicial killing etc.) most of which were brought about by the same PDP especially in the last 13 years of unmitigated disastrous PDP leadership.
13. Like all things PDP, everyone knows that the reason our refineries cannot be adequately maintained or new ones built is so that under the guise of fuel subsidy the various PDP governments continue to steal us blind. Similarly, everyone knows that the reason the various PDP governments are usually not in a hurry to resolving
issues like MEND and Boko Haram induced crises, is so that under the guise of national security, with security budget at an all time high of over 15% of the total budget, the looting of our treasury by the PDP continues unabated.
